When you use hejmonday, we process the following data:

Account data: Email address, first name, and password (stored encrypted) upon registration
Usage data: Your tasks, goals, and notes that you enter in hejmonday
Settings: Your preferences such as timezone, week start, and language setting
Technical data: Session cookies for authentication

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data solely to provide you with the hejmonday service:

Authentication and account management
Storing and displaying your tasks and goals
Sending coaching emails (when enabled)
Password reset via email

4. Coaching Emails and AI

When you enable coaching emails, your tasks and goals are sent to an AI service (OpenAI) to generate personalized reflections. This data is only used for generating the email and is not permanently stored by the AI provider.

5. Cookies

hejmonday only uses technically necessary cookies for session management and language settings. No tracking or analytics cookies are used.

6. No Sharing with Third Parties

Your data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes. Data is only shared as part of the coaching feature (see section 4) or when we are legally required to do so.

7. Data Security

Passwords are stored encrypted using bcrypt. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.
